Anna Pollack

Anna Pollack is the Vice President of Accounting & Finance at Falcon’s Beyond. In this role, Anna leads the organization’s financial operations, partnering closely with executive leadership and cross functional teams to deliver accurate, timely financial data that informs strategic decision making. Anna is responsible for developing and maintaining financial policies, procedures, and standardized processes that support operational consistency, scalability, and long-term business performance. In addition, she leads research on complex technical accounting matters, including revenue recognition, leasing, and business combinations.

Prior to joining Falcon’s Beyond, Anna spent many years advising and guiding organizations through high-impact accounting and financial reporting matters. As a Director of Technical Accounting at RSM US LLP, she collaborated with client leadership to assess transactional impacts, supported the controllership function through month-end processes and annual financial reporting requirements, prepared financial statements, and led companies through audit readiness procedures. She also provided ongoing mentorship to emerging professionals, fostering accuracy, efficiency, and technical excellence.

As Director of Accounting Policy at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, Anna coordinated enterprise-wide evaluations of accounting pronouncements, including the implementation of lease accounting guidance, drafted and reviewed financial disclosures, and supported investor relations and SEC reporting initiatives. Earlier in her career, Anna served as an Audit Manager at Deloitte, where she managed audit engagement teams, conducted research on complex accounting and reporting matters, and oversaw financial statement audits for a diverse client base, primarily within the travel and hospitality industry.

Anna is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Florida. Known for her analytical precision, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to continuous improvement, Anna plays a key role in strengthening the company’s financial foundation and supporting its strategic vision.
